Setting up my trade account was easy enough, but actually managing it has been really annoying. The prices don’t always show correctly, and waiting around for replies drives me mad. I don’t have the patience to keep chasing things that should just work.

the staff were friendly and really did try to help me find the right tiles, which I appreciated. One guy took the time to explain the different finishes and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The only downside was that I had to wait around a bit before someone was free, and a few of the answers felt a little unsure. Still, everyone was polite and seemed to be doing their best, so overall it was an okay visit.

Really happy with Topps Tiles. Their opening times actually work for me, so I could nip in after work without rushing or booking time off. Made choosing tiles much less stressful. Staff were still friendly near closing too, never felt pushed out. Small thing, big help.

I only popped in for a quick look, and the place was really clean and easy to get around. The tiles were simple to find, and the displays were—well, you know how some stores are just all over the place? This wasn’t like that at all. It made comparing different options way easier without feeling like I was wandering around lost.

I needed some tiles quickly and felt a bit embarrassed that I hadn’t checked the location properly first. The nearest Topps Tiles was miles away, and without a car it just wasn’t practical. The website was fine to use, but getting to the store would’ve been too much hassle, so I ended up going somewhere closer.

The return process was straightforward, which I appreciated. It didn’t take much effort to send the item back. The only downside was that the refund took way longer than I expected, so that part was a bit frustrating...

The tiles was looking alright when they arrived, nothing wrong with them really. But I do feel like the price is a bit too high compared to other places I seen. Delivery was adding more on top too, so in the end it didn’t feel like great value for money.

I popped into the Topps Tiles showroom to get some ideas for my bathroom, and it was useful. The layout was clear enough to follow, and the tile displays made it much easier to imagine which styles and colours could work together.
I’d say it’s definitely worth visiting if you’re planning a project and want to see things in person rather than guessing online. The only reason I wouldn’t give it full marks is that a few areas felt a bit tight when other customers were browsing, but overall it was tidy, easy to look around, and gave me some good inspiration.

The box felt sturdy, and as far as I could tell, none of the tiles had chips or broken pieces. I was a little worried at first, but everything looked fine when I opened it.

Was expecting the tiles on the Friday, but the delivery got moved a couple of times for some reason. When they did finally turn up they were fine, no issues with the tiles themselves, but it was a bit annoying as I’d already sort of planned around having someone in to do the work...

We found what we needed easily, which was a relief. I’m usually careful about prices, so I appreciated being able to make a good choice without feeling like we were overspending...

It was ready really quickly, and the whole thing was super simple. No hassle, no back-and-forth, just picked it up and was on my way in a couple of minutes.

I had a really hard time trying to book a time that actually worked for me. The available dates were super limited, and the wait ended up being frustrating. I eventually felt like I had to push the issue further just to get someone to take it seriously, which shouldn’t have been necessary

I thought the website was easy to use overall. I’m a bit biased toward sites with good filters because I hate digging through endless options, so that part really worked for me and helped me find the tiles I wanted quickly. Checkout was straightforward too. My only gripe is that a few pages loaded slower than I’d like, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

I ordered a few tile samples and they showed up quickly. It definitely made picking one a lot easier, since seeing them in person is just... yeah, it helps...

I ordered a few boxes of tiles and some trims from Topps Tiles, and to be fair, it all turned up exactly as it should. Right colour, right amount, nothing missing, so that's all fine. The delivery came a bit later in the day than I was expecting, but you know, absolutely no stress at all... just quietly rearranged my day around it. Overall, no real complaints and I'd probably use them again.

I was needing a tiler and ended up finding a decent one quite quickly. He done a good job, so I’m happy with how it all turned out

I went to pick up some tiles and was happy to find parking right outside, so there was no messing about. It made the trip quick and stress free. I did expect the pickup instructions to be a bit clearer though, just so I knew exactly where to go when I arrived.

We used the finance option for our bathroom tiles, and it made a big difference. Renovating always seems to come with a few more costs than you expect, so being able to spread the payments took some of the pressure off and helped us actually move forward with the job. It was easy enough to set up, and the payments are clear. The only small downside was that the approval took a bit longer than I thought it would, but in the end it all worked out and I’m glad we had the option.

I ordered these bathroom tiles and, in my opinion, they turned out just as I’d hoped. The finish looks really nice, and the boxes I opened didn’t have any chips or damage. They also feel solid to me. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality, especially for the price.
